Designed and developed a pixel art AI desktop companion for Windows and macOS that interacts with users through contextual speech, combining real-time screen capture, speech recognition, and natural language processing. Implemented persistent chat memory and dynamic interaction triggers, enabling personalised responses and long-term user engagement; currently being tested by early paid users.

Working under two professors on improving the Crackling bioinformatics pipeline for designing effective guide RNAs. Exploring high-performance computing, cloud deployment, and web-based visualization tools to enhance efficiency. Contributing to an open-source project while gaining experience in bioinformatics and computational biology.
